Award Winning Principal Designer Hayley Cole is the visionary leader behind HC Spec + Design bringing with her an advanced background in construction management for over 25 years in the South Sound region. From large mixed use projects in Tacoma, Washington to building custom homes in Thurston County she has a deep knowledge of the construction process. Carrying this skill set into her own projects under her own business has been a successful and enjoyable evolution of her service and resulted in many happy clients and beautifully designed homes both interior and exterior.

Some clients work with us on a single room, while others engage us for full-home remodels and furnishing selections. We work on residential and select commercial projects, including full home renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, new construction support, furnishings, and whole-home refreshes. Each project is approached with the same level of care, whether it’s a single room or an entire home.

This is one way HC Spec + Design differs from some other design companies, we are actually flexible depending on how involved you would like to be in finish, color and build style selections. We maintain complete transparency with our clients while guiding the process with clear direction and expertise. We handle the gritty details and decision-making structure so you can enjoy the selection experience without feeling overwhelmed.
