Bring out your Businesses Style with designs that balance
professionalism, beauty and function.
INTERIOR DESIGN FOR PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES
With a background in both residential and commercial construction, principal designer Hayley brings a practical, informed perspective to every project. That means your space isn’t just designed to impress — it’s designed to function.
Our commercial design process blends creative vision with operational understanding. We help businesses make confident decisions that balance aesthetics, efficiency, and brand identity. By coordinating closely with the clients construction team, contractors and vendors, we streamline communication, minimize downtime, and keep your project aligned from concept to completion on budget and on time.
Every business operates differently — and that’s where our flexibility matters most. Some clients prefer a turnkey design process with minimal involvement, while others value being hands-on throughout each phase. We adapt our approach to your preferred level of input and pace, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.
HC Spec + Design partners with businesses across the South Puget Sound region to create spaces that support productivity, elevate client experience, and reflect the heart of your brand — from full office buildouts and remodels to refined lobby and reception transformations.
Whether it’s a welcoming client lounge, a high-functioning workspace, or a modern conference area, we help you shape environments that not only look professional but truly support how your team and customers connect every day.
Commercial Interior Design
We design business spaces with people in mind and approach every project with intention and care. Whether it’s a remodel, new construction lobby, or a full redesign each space is shaped around how south sound businesses and their clients interact and how design can improve the environment we conduct business in.
OUR PROCESS
From early concept and selections to coordination with builders— you always know what to expect and can feel confident in every decision.
- Step 1 | DISCOVER – We begin by learning about your business, your brand, and the people who use your space every day. Whether it’s an office, lobby, or client-facing environment, we identify your goals for function, flow, and experience before design begins.
- Step 2 | DESIGN – With a strong understanding of your operations and culture, we develop a design plan that supports productivity and reflects your brand identity. From space planning and finishes to lighting and furnishings, each decision is made with both form and purpose in mind.
- Step 3 | DELIVER – Once the design direction is approved, we coordinate with contractors and project teams to help ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Our involvement continues through the final installation to confirm that the completed space aligns with your vision and enhances how your team and clients experience it.
At HC Spec + Design, our work blends creativity with practicality. We manage the details that bring your vision to life, coordinating between design, planning, and construction to ensure a smooth, efficient process.
We believe great design isn’t about following trends—it’s about creating spaces that support your business and align with it’s growth. Whether you’re updating a single room or reimagining your entire corporate headquarters, our process is built around connection, collaboration, and results that truly reflect your companies aspirations.
